Common partner questions.
How does revenue share work?
You earn a percentage of monthly subscription revenue from accounts you originate, for as long as the account stays active. Per-order processing fees are excluded. Exact percentage is set per tier in your partner agreement.
Do I have to white-label?
No. We support both co-branded ("powered by RestaurantGPT") and full white-label models — pick what fits your client relationship.
What if my client wants to talk to your team directly?
Default is co-selling: your AE leads, our solutions engineer supports. We will not contract or upsell behind your back. You can also opt into a fully managed model where we run all customer-facing comms.
How long does approval take?
Most applications are reviewed within 3 business days. Strategic and reseller applications may take longer if a contract revision is needed.
